How about making good use of your venison burger! If no venison then any ground meat will work!
Homemade taco seasoning below:
2-tbsp Chili powder
1- tbsp paprika or you can use (smoked paprika)
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1- tbsp Cumin
1/2-tbsp black pepper
1/8 -tsp Cheyenne pepper flakes or to your desired taste for spice
1 -tsp oregano
1/2 tbs onion powder
Once all the seasonings that are listed above are mixed together, keep in a air tight container for use multiple time.
Below is the way to make your taco meat:
Use 2 tbsp per pound of meat
I usually mix in 1/2 cup water
Mix with venison burger that has been browned and drained. Simmer for 10 minutes and enjoy for a great TACO TUESDAY!
