This will be a LADIES ONLY beginners self- defense class hosted by Madison County Chapter Leader Jazmin! Come learn some new moves with instructor Will Schneider at Elite Martial Arts! Please wear comfortable workout clothing and bring your own water to drink. Bring a friend with you so everyone has a partner! The cost will be $10 per person! Hope to see you there!
