Wildlife Women Floating the North Fork of the Ky. River

Ladies only. If you’ve always wanted to kayak this is your chance! We will meet at Perry County Park and register and have a short class on how to use a kayak and a safety class. From there we will be shuttled to City Hall where we will start our kayak trip. The trip is approximately 2 to 3 hours long, and will end up at Perry county park where our vehicles are. Cost of the event is $10.00 for kayak rent and class and $5.00 for the class, if you have your own kayak and would like to join us. Remember to wear clothes you are comfortable in and don’t care to get wet, sunscreen or a hat. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
