Floating on Carr Creek Lake

Ladies, have you ever seen someone gliding along in a kayak and said to yourself, “I’d like to do that, but don’t know how!” Well here’s your chance, Wildlife Women is having a kayaking class for ladies 18 and older. Tina Thornsbury has 5 kayaks and life jackets, and will be teaching us how to get in and out of, and how to use a kayak. If you have your own kayak and life jackets, you can bring them. Cost of the event is $10.00. We will be providing a picnic type lunch. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you don’t care to get wet in, and don’t forget the sunscreen.
