SUMMARY:Wildlife Women - Chillin' On A Dirt Road
DESCRIPTION: This event will be an “all ladies” event. Children (girls only)14 to 18 may attend as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We will be staying the weekend at “Hillbilly Heaven Campground” located in Delbarton\, Mingo County\, WV and riding the “Hatfield & McCoy” trail system. You are responsible for bringing and hauling your own UTV/ATV. There are some places around the area that can rent you one\, but it will be your responsibility prior to the event to get one. If you need contact information for local renters\, please private message me and I will get you the info. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL RIDERS AND THE HATFIELD AND MCCOY PERMIT WILL BE PLACED ON INDIVIDUAL RIDER HELMETS! It is going to be a weekend filled of fun and riding trails! Breakfast will be provided on Saturday and Sunday morning and dinner will be provided on Saturday night. Campers are responsible for bringing their own drinks\, snacks\, lunch items\, and dinner on Friday night.\nCheck In for weekend campers– 5:00 pm on Friday Night\nCheck Out- 12:00 pm Sunday – Campers are welcome to ride the trail system longer on Sunday\, we will just be required to be checked out of the cabins by noon.\nI CAN ONLY TAKE 15 LADIES FOR THE OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS. BUTTTTTTT…….If you are local and just want to tag along for the ride on Saturday you are more than welcome to join us! All that I ask is that you contact me prior to the event so that I can put you down on my list and you will need to meet us at the campground Saturday morning by 9:00 am.\nALL PARTCIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COVID FORM TO ENSURE WE ARE ADHERING TO COVID GUIDELINES.\nCosts: Lodging and Food – $50 per person (To be paid as a deposit by August 1st). This is only for campers who plan on staying the weekend. (Includes cabin fees\, breakfast X2 and Dinner X1) – This will need to be paid in advance. I will reserve 15 spots for the first 15 paid deposits.\nTour Guide Fee – $25 Per Machine -This will be paid by everyone at the event on Saturday. This can be divided between riders. (For example\, if your machine is a 2-seater and 2 of you ride then you can split the cost.)\nPermit fee for Hatfield McCoy Trail System – This will be paid by everyone at the event on Saturday (unless you have purchased a Hatfield & McCoy permit earlier on in the year). The cost of the permits is $26.50 for in state riders (this covers the whole year\, so if you have already purchased one you will not need to do so\, just make sure you wear your helmet that has your sticker on it). Cost for out of state riders is $50.00. Again\, this is an annual fee\, so if you come back to the trails any time this year your permit will be good to ride the trails.\n\nT-Shirts (Optional) – I will be selling event t-shirts. These will be a pre-order item and it is not mandatory to purchase.
