DESCRIPTION:Elk Creek Hunt Club\,\n1860 Georgetown Road\,\nOwenton\, KY 40359 \n*Women Only Event* \nJoin Chapter Leaders Alexandra Ballard and Katelyn Dallas for a fun afternoon at Elk Creek Hunt Club. Participants will be shooting their shotgun of choice on one of Elk Creek’s sporting clay courses. This event will be a great time for both beginners and advanced shooters. If you’ve never shot sporting clays before\, this is a great opportunity to join other women in a stress-free environment and learn the ins and outs of busting clays. If you have experience with clays or bird hunting\, it’s a great way to gear up for duck season or just get some practice in! This will be a women’s only event\, ages 14-18 can participate with an adult. \nParticipants are welcome to bring their own shotgun\, or rent one from the Hunt Club. Participants will be shooting 50 or 100 rounds\, so please make sure to bring enough ammo for your preferred course (50 or 100). You can also purchase ammo directly from the Hunt Club at market price. All participants will need to have hearing and eye protection while on the course. Our guide is Brent Thompson with Pine Ridge British. This will be an early morning hunt which will last until we limit out or till we can’t stay any longer.\nYou are required to have your hunting license\, HIP survey\, Migratory Bird-Waterfowl Permit\, and Federal Duck Stamp. DESCRIPTION:Come out and enjoy some time walking through Bernheim Forest and seeing the giants with Chapter leader Misty Delph. This is a very beautiful place that we can get together and hike and hang out together! There is also different hiking trails that we can go to if we want! Ladies only! The cost is $10 per car load.

DESCRIPTION:Come shake off the stress of the week and start the weekend off right at the lake! Join Event Director\, Erin Bingham\, bring a fishing pole and a kayak and let’s go fishing! We will meet at Carr Fork Marina and paddle out for some fishing (KY FISHING LICENSE required) at 6 pm!  Life Jacket required on kayak and this event is free.  Ladies only please.

SUMMARY:Wildlife Women Take a Hike
DESCRIPTION:Ladies only! Join Marketing and Event Director\, Erin Bingham\, and take a short hike Thursday evening! We will meet in the Perry County Park at 5 pm at the tourism office and hike Raiders Run! It’s an easy trail\, good for beginners and will take us about 30 minutes to hike! There’s no fee for this event BUT any donations will go to Pathfinders for the development of the trails! \nAnyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult!
