DESCRIPTION:This event will be a CO ED EVENT\, so bring your Hubby! We will be staying the weekend at “Hillbilly Heaven Campground” located in Delbarton\, Mingo County\, WV and riding the “Hatfield & McCoy” trail system. You are responsible for bringing and hauling your own UTV/ATV. There are some places around the area that can rent you one\, but it will be your responsibility prior to the event to get one. If you need contact information for local renters\, please private message me and I will get you the info. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL RIDERS AND THE HATFIELD AND MCCOY PERMIT WILL BE PLACED ON INDIVIDUAL RIDER HELMETS! It is going to be a weekend filled of fun and riding trails! Breakfast will be provided on Saturday and Sunday morning and dinner will be provided on Saturday night. Campers are responsible for bringing their own drinks\, snacks\, lunch items\, and dinner on Friday night. \nCheck In for weekend campers– 5:00 pm on Friday Night \nCheck Out- 12:00 pm Sunday – Campers are welcome to ride the trail system longer on Sunday\, we will just be required to be checked out of the cabins by noon. \nI CAN ONLY TAKE 12 people FOR THE OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS. BUTTTTTTT…….If you are local and just want to tag along for the ride on Saturday you are more than welcome to join us! All that I ask is that you contact me prior to the event so that I can put you down on my list and you will need to meet us at the campground Saturday morning by 9:00 am. \nCosts: Lodging and Food – $50 per person (To be paid as a deposit by August 1st). Participants will be shooting their shotgun of choice on one of Elk Creek’s sporting clay courses. This event will be a great time for both beginners and advanced shooters. If you’ve never shot sporting clays before\, this is a great opportunity to join other women in a stress-free environment and learn the ins and outs of busting clays. If you have experience with clays or bird hunting\, it’s a great way to gear up for duck season or just get some practice in! This will be a women’s only event\, ages 14-18 can participate with an adult. \nParticipants are welcome to bring their own shotgun\, or rent one from the Hunt Club. Participants will be shooting 50 or 100 rounds\, so please make sure to bring enough ammo for your preferred course (50 or 100). You can also purchase ammo directly from the Hunt Club at market price. All participants will need to have hearing and eye protection while on the course.
